J.W. Rule Book
The J. W. rule book is a modified versioin of the rules of golf. It was always just something said but now I decided to type it out.

First Tee
1.1 A player must take a first hole mulligan.
a. If mulligan ball is not satisfactory take as many mulligans as you want.
b. There is a limit of 5 mulligans.
c. Feel free to hit any ball you want after you hit your mulligans.
One The Course
2.1 A player shall be free to improve the lie of the ball in the following ways.
a. Kick the ball into the fairway with no penalty.
b. If a ball is in a divot a player may feel free to kick it out with no penalty.
c. If a ball is in a section of the fairway that is not quality then moving it to a section that is fit for play is acceptable.
2.2 If a ball is muddy clean it off regardless of where the ball lies.
2.3 If a player takes a swing with a club higher than a pitching wedge from outside 100 yards and shanks it less than 10 yards an auto mulligan shall be taken from the spot where the ball originally was.
Lost Ball
3.1 If a player looses a ball, or just doesn't feel like looking for it, a drop may be taken in the following ways.
a. Drop ball where you think it went with no penalty.
b. Hit another ball where you last hit with no penalty (mulligan).
c. You may place ball anywhere in between these positions where you think is reasonable.
On The Green
4.1 No more than 2 puts can be taken on the first green.
4.2 Always put with pin in the cup.
4.3 If ball hits the pin but does not go in the put is good.
4.4 If your ball is with in 3 feet take a gimme.
4.5 A player may call an automatic 2-put rule before the round if the coursese is not in the best of conditions.
Playing Under Busy Conditions
5.1 If you are playing behind a slow group and you get angry which makes you hit a bad shot because of frustration you are entitled to a free mulligan.
5.2 If you are let through by a group and you try to play fast which causes you to play poor take a one-stroke deduction at the end of the hole.
Keeping Score
6.1 Never take more than a double bogey on any hole.
6.2 Always give people extra strokes if you are keeping score.
Playing With Unskilled Lucky People
7.1 Definition: A player who hits balls into the woods and then they pop out into the fairway. Their shots skip out of the water. Has a horrible swing yet still finds a way to put the ball in the hole.
7.2 If you get frustrated by their luck feel free to throw a club or just quit.
7.3 If quitting is not an option then you are allowed to try to mess them up by the following ways.
a. Talking in their back swing.
b. Stepping on their ball.
c. Putting golf cart into reverse while they are in the middle of their back swing
Courtesy On The Course
8.1 Pace Of Play
a. No 18 hole round shall last longer than 3 hours and 30 minutes.
b. If the group ahead is playing slow feel free to hit balls into them so they know you are there.
c. Also you may yell for them to hurry up.
8.2 Maintaining the course
a. Before leaving the bunker a player must rake all footprints and divots made in the sand.
b. A player shall ensure all divots taken in the fairway are to be replaced.
When It Is O.K. To Take A Free Drop
9.1 If a player's ball is within 15 feet of any cart path a free drop is acceptable.
9.2 If a player's ball lies on the cart path a drop using a reasonable amount of force to bounce the ball into the fairway is acceptable.
9.3 If a player's ball takes an unlucky bounce and flies into the woods it is acceptable to take a drop where the ball was likely to be.
a. You may make your own decision on whether your ball took an unlucky bounce.
9.4 If a player's ball is in standing water a drop in any direction is acceptable even if it is closer to the hole.
9.5 A player may call anything within reason ground under repair.
a. A drop shall be taken after this is called.
